ARS is committed to establishing and maintaining a trusting relationship with ARS Members. ARS takes Members' privacy seriously and is committed to complying with all applicable privacy laws. However, in order to conduct business, we must collect from Members certain personally identifiable information. We will not resell any personally identifiable information collected from you to any other parties.

In the past, an occasional concern has been raised as to what we do with Members' social security numbers or employer identification numbers. ARS will not disclose such information to any third parties unless we are compelled to do so by court order, subpoena, or other legal process.
